We provide answers to your questions about our products: where to buy them, how to use them, etc.

In light of free pricing laws in France, prices may differ between points of sale. Pharmacies and beauty stores are free to choose their own sales policy, so you can choose the one that will offer you the best prices and services.

During pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is not advisable to use any product containing an active ingredient.
However, this is only a precautionary measure. Your choice of products should be based on the expertise of your pharmacist.
You can start by visiting your pharmacist, who will be able to advise you on the best course of action to take.

You can consult our Point of Sales page (https://www.ducray.com/fr-fr/points-de-vente) which will indicate, according to your contact details, the nearest pharmacist advisor. You can also buy our Ducray products online from an authorized retailer.

The "All Ducray products" page of our website allows you to view Ducray products by range and by concern. If you are a health professional, you can send us a request for more information through our contact form.

Testing

Testing

We do not compromise on the safety of our products and work with highly qualified teams of toxicologists to carefully evaluate them.

Pierre FABRE Laboratories offer products that meet your specific needs, while guaranteeing optimal safety.
European cosmetic regulations (Directive 76/768/EEC amended on 11 March 2003) require manufacturers to use available alternative methods for testing new raw cosmetic materials and finished products.
Aware of this need, we have stopped all animal testing for several years to assess the safety of our cosmetic products during their development and have implemented a program that has resulted in the following actions:
-Development of cell culture substitution tests in our own skin culture laboratory.
-Application of the various methods available on the market and active participation in the validation programs set up by official French and European bodies.

We have several cosmetic product evaluation centres, all of which are located in Toulouse. If you live in this region, you can contact our laboratories:
Hotel Dieu St Jacques
2 Rue Viguerie
BP3071
TOULOUSE CEDEX 3
Tel: 05 62 48 85 00

Your choice of products should be based on the expertise of your pharmacist. Therefore, we cannot send you samples upon request by e-mail. Your registered pharmacist will be happy to give you samples.

Ingredients

Ingredients

We provide you with tangible, scientific information on our ingredients, in full transparency, for your benefit.

INCI list: what are we talking about?
The INCI list (International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients) refers to the list of all ingredients contained in a cosmetic formula and must appear on products and/or on the packaging of cosmetic products.

Has the formula of your usual product changed?
If no change in formula is specified on the product or has been announced by the brand, then the product formula is still the same.
However, if you notice that the INCI list of your usual DUCRAY care product has changed, it is because it is more detailed: legislation requires us to detail the composition of all raw materials in the formula. We therefore ensure that these lists are constantly updated with the latest information on the names of the raw materials (information provided by our raw material suppliers).

The French Fédération des Entreprises de la Beauté (French Federation for Beauty Companies) answers your questions
